Christian’s group: “Rhetoric being a way of altering reality by means of discourse in which following the five canons of rhetoric an audience can be persuaded to feel a certain way.”
Dana’s group: “The effective means of altering reality through persuasion dependent on the situation that the speaker is currently in.”
Erika’s group: “A situation that corresponds with historical knowledge and is interpreted by its audience in either a persuasive or argumentative fashion.”
Rachel’s group: “The blend of artistic and logical expression that invites discourse through which an audience can be persuaded.”
